Who owns the IP of my AI agent?
You do. Creators retain full intellectual property rights to their agents, system prompts, and knowledge bases. AI Agents Vault is a distribution platform — we never claim ownership of your work.
How are payouts calculated?
When a business pays their monthly subscription, we deduct our platform fee (15–20% depending on your plan) and automatically transfer the remainder to your connected Stripe account within 2 business days.
Can I offer a free trial to attract buyers?
Yes. All agent installs on the platform include a 15-day free trial by default. You can optionally set trial length per agent. You'll earn from subscriptions that convert after the trial.
Can I keep an agent private and share it directly?
Absolutely. Set any agent to "Private" and share the direct install link. Great for selling to specific clients outside the public marketplace.
Is there a limit on knowledge base file sizes?
Creator plan: up to 50MB per file, 500MB total per agent. Pro Creator: up to 200MB per file, 5GB total per agent. Enterprise: custom limits.
